The Strawinsky Wall-Installation is a modern painted homage, that German Art Artist Iz Maglow created as an Epilogue to his first stage design together with Chamber Opera Frankfurt as an opening event for an interesting many-sided teamwork during many years. In this Strawinsky Wall-Installation scenes from Strawinsky's play "L' Histoire du Soldat" from that early performance at Kammeroper Frankfurt in 1984 are quoted. All paintings on canvas with acrylic were created about four year after that performance at
Chamber Opera Frankfurt. These painting are combined in the Karlsruhe Wall-Installation with
a few original stage requisites, forming two narrating picture walls, opposing each other. |
