Holy Announcement is a presentation of various interpretations of Iz Maglow's modern paintings around the theme "Maria's Announcement". In Side Effects the artist shows related Christian topics like his paintings of "Holy Cecilia", his art work about the story "Susanna in the Bath" and further inspirations on "Announcements". In La Voix Humaine the art artist shows how he transported the order and structure of his announcement paintings on to his work about "LA VOIX HUMAINE" - a totally different story, but with a very similar "Power Balance". In numerous historical Fine Art Paintings the Christian story about "Maria's Announcement" is narrated in various ways. For German Art Artist Iz Maglow the most interesting point in all of these paintings
is the balance of power between the painted "actors" in those painted stories. |
