|
Sculptures and Art Objects by Iz Maglow called Silent Witness is a mixed summary of his collection of abstract wooden sculptures with a monochrome, thick colour-skin. As subject the artist used "Maria's Announcement", the Wicking "Harald Blauzahn" or quotes of poems from "Walther von der Vogelweide". Iz Maglow created most of these sculptures parallel to his paintings about
"Holy Announcement" and "Chairs". The German Art Artist covered
his wooden sculptures over weeks with numerous layers of thick and structured
acrylic color to make the wooden character disappear and to create a new magic radiation. |
