German Artist Iz Maglow named his monochrome studies presented in this part
of his Fine Art Web Site Folding Art. The idea for these paintings is based on
experiments with materials like wood, textile, paper, canvas, water against oil, acrylic,
lead and all kind of pure colours. Doing so, he studied the behaviour of these materials
"communicating" with each other under different treatments like soak, grease,
folding, ... created numerous paintings with interesting light reflection. |
