|
The GREEK LEVEL of the balance wall installation shows in a three-piece painting the meander-ribbon and the development of the bowl-balance. A first eye-catching element on the GREEK LEVEL, used by German Art Artist Iz Maglow to confront the visitor on level 2, is a "heavyweight in black and white" that seems to block your way up although it is continuing the lines of the upcoming steps. This is the base for a split "water horizon" that is balancing the whole art installation on this level. On two horizontal lines the rest of the Hellenistic balance installation is lined up
like goods and weights that could be moved along a slider for balancing. |
